Exp:- 6 To 8Yr Skill:-Switching, Routing Location:- Chennai/Delhi **Must-Have** Routing, switching, wireless AP, LAN, WAN **Good-to-Have** Wireless site survey **SN** **Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role** 1 Network technician who supports Network infrastructure for retail customer across globe having minimum 8 years of experience in networking 2 Good Knowledge and Hands on Experience on routing, switching and wireless 3 Experience in Configuring and troubleshooting router, switch, access point 4 Knowledge of ServiceNow or other ITSM tool 5 Experience in working with Aruba / Cisco for TAC and RMA support 6 Basic knowledge in ClearPass/ISE 7 Ability to work independently and coordinate with onsite engineers to resolve issues. 8 Familiarity with network switches, cable management, and troubleshooting. 9 CCNA, CCNP, or other relevant certifications is a add-on 10 Available to work on 24/7 Operational support 11 Strong technical background in network planning, radio frequency, and RFID/AP systems.
