Integration Sr. Specialist Advisor to join our team in Bengaluru, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN). **Job Description** The **VDI Systems Integration Principal Advisor** is a recognized subject matter expert and technical leader with extensive experience designing, transforming, and optimizing complex enterprise end-user computing and virtualization environments. This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership, enabling the Principal Advisor to influence technology direction, drive innovation, and deliver business value across multiple clients and organizations. The Principal Advisor serves as the highest level of technical escalation and trusted advisor for both customers and internal stakeholders. Candidates must demonstrate advanced leadership capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to guide large-scale transformation initiatives while mentoring senior engineers and consultants. The ability to operate effectively in highly complex and ambiguous environments is essential. **Responsibilities** - Act as the highest level technical escalation point for complex support and engineering activities. - Provide strategic technical leadership across multiple accounts, programs, and initiatives. - Define and drive architectural standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for VDI and Application Delivery platforms. - Lead the design, implementation, and modernization of large-scale enterprise virtualization and digital workspace solutions. - Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, customers, account teams, and technology partners. - Establish long-term roadmap strategies for Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop, VMware, Windows 365, and related technologies. - Lead technical assessments, solution reviews, risk evaluations, and architecture governance activities. - Drive innovation through automation, AI-enabled operations, self-service capabilities, and operational optimization initiatives. - Collaborate with leadership teams to align technology strategies with business objectives. - Mentor senior engineers and advisors while fostering technical growth across the practice. - Develop and maintain enterprise reference architectures, solution patterns, and technical standards. - Lead critical incident management activities and provide executive-level communications during major service outages. - Identify emerging technologies, assess business value, and recommend adoption strategies. - Support pre-sales activities, solution development, proposals, and customer presentations. - Drive operational excellence by improving service quality, stability, security, and performance. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and establish a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement. - Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of large and complex transformation programs. - Ensure compliance with Change Management, Security, Governance, and ITIL processes. - Participate in executive reviews, architecture boards, and strategic planning sessions. - Provide thought leadership and represent the organization in customer-facing and industry engagements. **Required Skills** - 10+ years of IT infrastructure engineering, architecture, or technical consulting experience. - 10+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise virtualization and end-user computing solutions - Expert-level knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix DaaS, and related Citrix technologies (CCP/CCE certifications highly preferred). - 7+ years of experience with Azure Virtual Desktop and cloud-native EUC platforms. - Proven experience defining enterprise architecture strategies and technology roadmaps. - Advanced expertise with VMware vSphere, Citrix Hypervisor, Microsoft Hyper-V, and hybrid cloud infrastructure. - Strong knowledge of Azure, AWS, and enterprise cloud adoption frameworks. - Deep understanding of enterprise networking, security, identity management, Zero Trust concepts, TCP/IP, SAN, NAS, and datacenter operations. - Expert knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Profile Management, and endpoint management solutions. - Extensive experience with automation technologies including PowerShell, Terraform, ARM/Bicep, Azure Automation, or equivalent tools. - Demonstrated success leading large-scale infrastructure transformation and migration projects. - Proven ability to provide executive-level technical guidance and customer-facing leadership. - Strong consulting, architecture, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience establishing technical governance, operational standards, and engineering best practices. - Demonstrated ability to influence technical direction across multiple teams and organizations. - Strong financial and business acumen with the ability to align technology decisions to business outcomes. - Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously. - Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal. - Advanced cloud certifications preferred (Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty, AWS Solutions Architect Professional, VMware VCP/VCAP, Citrix CCE). - Nice to have: Windows 365, AWS WorkSpaces, Nerdio, IGEL, Omnissa Horizon, ControlUp, Liquidware, Azure Landing Zones, Infrastructure as Code, AI Operations (AIOps). **About NTT DATA** NTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
