**Job Description** We are looking for a skilled **Sysdig / Container Engineer** with **68 years of experience** in container technologies, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native security. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with **Sysdig** for container security, runtime monitoring, compliance, and vulnerability management in enterprise environments. **Immediate Joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days are highly preferred.** **Key Responsibilities** - Deploy, configure, and manage Sysdig for container security and monitoring. - Monitor containerized workloads using Sysdig Secure and Sysdig Monitor. - Perform vulnerability assessments, runtime threat detection, and compliance monitoring for containerized applications. - Support Kubernetes and Docker environments, ensuring platform availability and security. - Analyze security events, investigate incidents, and perform root cause analysis. - Collaborate with DevOps, Platform Engineering, and Security teams to implement security best practices. - Implement container image scanning and enforce security policies. - Monitor application performance and container health. - Automate routine operational tasks using scripting or automation tools. - Create technical documentation, operational runbooks, and security reports. **Required Skills** - 6–8 years of overall IT experience. - Hands-on experience with **Sysdig Secure** and **Sysdig Monitor**. - Strong knowledge of **Docker**, **Kubernetes**, and container orchestration. - Experience with container image scanning, runtime security, and compliance. - Knowledge of Linux administration and shell scripting. - Understanding of Kubernetes architecture, Pods, Deployments, Services, ConfigMaps, Secrets, and Namespaces. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices. - Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. **Preferred Skills** - Experience with OpenShift. - Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Experience with Helm, Argo CD, or GitOps. - Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, or Splunk. - Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Ansible).
