**Role Overview** **We are looking for a Server Support Engineer L1 to provide first-level technical support to end** **users and Higer level Engineers. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, operating** **system, File Server, and user-access issues while ensuring timely resolution and a positive user** **experience.** **Key Responsibilities** **• Provide L1 technical support to employees through phone, email, chat, and in-person** **support.** **• Troubleshoot basic Windows Server, Linux Server, Monitoring, Patching related** **troubleshooting, browsers, and common productivity applications.** **• Follow SLA and escalation procedures and escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams when** **required.** **• Support user account, password, and access-related issues in accordance with company** **policies.** **• Assist with Active Directory tasks such as password resets, account unlocks, and basic** **user/group management.** **• Basic understanding of Active Directory, Manage Engine tools– OP Manager, Patch** **Manager, AD Manager, AD Audit plus and User self-portal, Veeam backup & replication** **backup tool.** **• Maintain accurate records of Servers Inventory.** **• Maintain SOPs, Access review.** **• Daily Server health check and monitoring report to management.**
