**Key Skills**: IBM Sterling, IBM MFT (Managed File Transfer), Production, QA **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Implement and maintain IBM Sterling and IBM MFT solutions for managed file transfer use cases. - Configure IBM MFT components and troubleshoot end-to-end file transfer flows in production. - Work with supported transfer protocols and validate connectivity, authentication, and transfer behavior. - Perform production support activities including incident triage, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions. - Support QA and development activities by preparing test scenarios, validating configurations, and assisting releases. **Skills Required:** - 8 - 10 years of experience in IBM Sterling/IBM MFT and managed file transfer operations - IBM Sterling - IBM MFT (Managed File Transfer) - Protocol and configuration experience for managed file transfer workflows - Production support experience with QA and development exposure Good to Have: - Production - QA **Education:** Relevant engineering degree (or equivalent practical experience)
