Learn more about: Customer **Key Responsibilities:** We are seeking a Commerce Business Analyst who can bridge business needs and technical solutions, ensuring successful delivery of eCommerce project. - Gather and document business requirements for Adobe Commerce project - Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories - Work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams - Analyse current business processes and recommend improvements - Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and UAT - Ensure alignment with eCommerce best practices - Assist in defining KPIs and success metrics **Required Skills:** - 10-15 years as a Business Analyst in eCommerce - Strong experience in Adobe / SAP/ Salesforce Commerce domain - Expertise in requirement gathering and documentation - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies - Understanding of eCommerce workflows - Strong stakeholder communication skills - Tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma **Good to Have:** - Experience with headless commerce implementations - Familiarity with GraphQL APIs and integrations **Location and way of working:** - Base location: Bengaluru - Education: Professional Qualification - B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA/MS - This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations. - Hybrid is our default way of working.
