Learn more about: Customer **Key Responsibilities:** We are seeking a Full Stack Developer (Node.js + React.js) with 4–5 years of experience who can build modern, AI-powered web applications. This role requires strong full-stack fundamentals along with hands-on exposure to AI/ML integrations, LLM-based applications, and data-driven features. You will work on building scalable applications while integrating AI capabilities like chatbots, recommendations, semantic search, and automation workflows into products. - Design and develop end-to-end applications using React.js (frontend) and Node.js (backend) - Build and integrate AI-powered features using APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face) - Develop intelligent user experiences such as chat interfaces, copilots, and recommendation systems - Build and maintain REST/GraphQL APIs, including AI orchestration layers - Implement prompt engineering and LLM workflows to solve business use cases - Work with structured and unstructured data, including embeddings and vector search - Optimize application performance, scalability, and cost—especially for AI workloads - Collaborate cross-functionally to define and deliver AI-driven product features - Ensure robust testing, monitoring, and observability for both traditional and AI components **Core Technical Skills Frontend:** - Strong experience with React.js (Hooks, Context API, modern state management) - Experience building dynamic, conversational UIs (chat-based interfaces, streaming responses) - Familiarity with Next.js (SSR, SSG) for performance and SEO **Backend:** - Proficiency in Node.js (Express.js, NestJS, or Fastify) - Experience building APIs and backend services - Understanding of async workflows and event-driven systems **AI / ML & Modern Capabilities:** - Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, etc.) - Understanding of: - Prompt engineering techniques - Embeddings and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, etc.) - RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns - Experience building: - Chatbots / copilots - Text summarization / classification systems - Semantic search or recommendation engines - Familiarity with frameworks like: - LangChain / LlamaIndex / Semantic Kernel **Data & Storage:** - Experience with: - SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) - NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) - Exposure to vector databases and hybrid search architectures - Knowledge of data pipelines and preprocessing for AI applications **Cloud & DevOps:** - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) - Familiarity with: - Serverless architectures (Lambda, Functions) - Containerization (Docker) - CI/CD pipelines - Understanding of deploying AI workloads and model endpoints **Testing & Reliability:** - Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing - Familiarity with testing AI outputs (evaluation frameworks, prompt tuning loops) - Knowledge of logging and monitoring tools **Security & Responsible AI:** - Understanding of: - Authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth2) - API security best practices - Awareness of: - Responsible AI practices - Bias, hallucination handling, and safe output design **Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:** - Experience fine-tuning or working with open-source models - Exposure to Python (for ML workflows, FastAPI, etc.) - Knowledge of: - Streaming architectures (Kafka, Pub/Sub) - Real-time AI applications - Familiarity with multi-modal AI (text, image, audio) - Experience building AI copilots for internal tools or SaaS products **Soft Skills:** - Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to translate business problems into AI solutions - Curiosity and willingness to experiment with emerging AI tools - Ability to balance engineering rigor with rapid prototyping - Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration - 4–5 years of experience in full-stack development - Hands-on experience delivering production-grade applications - Demonstrated work on AI-integrated features or side projects (GitHub, demos, etc.) **What Success Looks Like:** - Successfully delivers AI-powered features that improve user experience or automation - Builds scalable full-stack systems with efficient AI cost-performance tradeoffs - Brings innovative ideas on how AI can enhance product capabilities - Contributes to evolving AI architecture and best practices **Location and way of working:** - Base location: Bengaluru - Education: Professional Qualification - B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA/MS - This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations. - Hybrid is our default way of working.
