Learn more about: Customer **Key Responsibilities:** The Bank is building next-generation digital applications and is looking for experienced UX designers with deep knowledge in enterprise-grade applications and design systems. The role focuses on delivering intuitive, secure and compliant user experiences at scale. - Design end-to-end UX for large-scale web and mobile banking applications. - Translate business, operations, and regulatory needs into usable designs. - Build, own and scale a Bank-wide Design System. - Ensure UX consistency across applications and teams. - Collaborate closely with Business, Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Compliance. - Drive usability testing, UX reviews, and design sign-offs. **Must-Have Skills:** - 8+ years of UX/Product Design experience. - Strong experience in enterprise or BFSI applications. - Hands-on experience building and governing Design Systems. - Expertise in Figma, prototyping, and UX documentation. - Strong understanding of accessibility and usability standards. - Knowledge of frontend frameworks and design-to-code workflows. **Behavioral Expectations:** - Strong stakeholder management. - High ownership and attention to detail. - Ability to mentor and uplift UX maturity. **Please note some specific requirements that we have based on Bank’s working model:** - Candidate is mandated to work from client premise only (Thane / Ghansoli) - Candidate must be ready to travel across different office in Mumbai (Thane, Ghansoli, Malad, BKC) as per the business needs. - Candidate is mandated to work for 5 weekdays and alternate Saturdays - Candidate will be following Bank’s leave calendar **Location and way of working:** - Base location: Mumbai - Education: Professional Qualification - B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA/MS - This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations. - Hybrid is our default way of working.
