Learn more about: Customer **Your work profile** As a **Senior Consultant** in our **M&C** Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: - ### **Key Responsibilities** **Platform Configuration & Administration** - Configure Sitecore Content Hub entities, taxonomies, workflows, and lifecycles - Perform schema operations including adding and modifying entity definitions, relations, and attributes - Manage user roles, permissions, groups, and security models - Support multi-tenant or multi-business-unit setups if applicable **Data Modeling** - Design and implement data models aligned with business requirements - Maintain relationships between entities such as Assets, Products, Content, and Custom Entities - Ensure data consistency, performance, and scalability **Scripting, Actions, and Triggers** - Develop scripts (C#-based where applicable) to automate platform behavior - Build and manage Actions and Triggers for events such as entity creation, updates, and state changes - Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation logic **UI Customization & Frontend** - Develop and customize React-based components within Sitecore Content Hub - Extend UI behavior using Content Hub SDKs and APIs - Ensure UI changes follow platform best practices and do not break upgrades **Integrations** - Work with REST and Webhook-based integrations - Support inbound and outbound integrations with DAMs, CMS, PIM, and downstream systems - Collaborate with integration teams on data flows and error handling **Operational Support** - Handle deployments, configuration changes, and environment promotions - Diagnose production issues and provide root cause analysis - Document configurations, customizations, and operational runbooks ### **Key skills required:** - Strong hands-on experience with **Sitecore Content Hub** - Solid understanding of: - Configuration and schema operations - Data modeling and entity relationships - User management and security configuration - Scripts, Actions, and Triggers - Experience building or extending **React-based components** in Content Hub - Good knowledge of JavaScript, React, and basic frontend design principles - Familiarity with REST APIs and integration patterns - Experience working in enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders
