Job requisition ID :: 107053 Date: Jun 25, 2026 Location: Pune Designation: Consultant Entity: Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP **T&T | Customer | S&S | Consultant | Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 | Pune** - **Job requisition ID** : 107053 - **Location**: Pune - **Entity**: Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP # **Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 solutions (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.) - Customize and configure entities, forms, views, workflows, and business rules - Develop plugins, custom workflows, and integrations using C#, .NET, and JavaScript - Build and maintain Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate) - Develop integrations using REST APIs, Azure services, and middleware - Perform data migration, data modeling, and transformation activities - Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specs - Troubleshoot and resolve production issues; optimize performance - Participate in full SDLC including design, development, testing, and deployment - Support UAT, deployments, and post-go-live activities # **Required Skills & Technical Expertise** - Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE or ERP modules) - C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core - JavaScript / TypeScript - Dataverse (Entities, Relationships, Security model) - Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) - REST APIs, OData, FetchXML - Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus) - SQL Server, SSRS / Power BI - Azure DevOps / CI-CD pipelines - Agile and SDLC methodologies # **Experience & Qualifications** - 4–5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 development and customization - Strong experience in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL - Hands-on experience in implementation or support projects - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent - Experience working with global teams (preferred) # **Key Competencies** - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions - Good communication and stakeholder management - Ownership and accountability for deliverables - Continuous learning mindset # **Nice to Have** - Microsoft Certifications (PL-400, MB-210, etc.) - Experience with PCF controls and Azure integrations - Exposure to DevOps automation and release management
