Staff Management and Allocation** - Identify project staffing needs and allocate resources across multiple initiatives. - Monitor workload, balance capacity, and adjust assignments as agreed with leadership. **B.System Updates and Management** - Administer the PMO’s project management tools - Ensure data integrity, configure dashboards - Keep systems up to date with latest data **C. Reports Compilation & Excel Expertise** - Consolidate project data into weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for senior leadership. - Build and maintain Excel models to support decision‑making. - Validate data accuracy and ensure timely distribution of reports to stakeholders. **D. Status Reporting** - Produce concise, real‑time status updates. - Maintain a central repository of status documentation. **Additional Responsibilities (optional but often expected)** - Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and project health metrics. - Support portfolio prioritization and strategic alignment activities. **Required Qualifications & Experience** - **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field. - **Experience:** 3+ years in project management or PMO environments. **Core Skills** - Strong people‑management capabilities. - Proficiency in project management software and Excel. - Excellent analytical and data‑visualisation skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. - Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance. **Location and way of working:** - Base location: Pune - Willingness to travel for short- and long-term durations
