Learn more about ET&P **Your work profile** **Role Summary** - We are seeking an experienced Anaplan Manager to lead the design, delivery, and operation of enterprise planning solutions. The role requires strong Anaplan expertise combined with delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and team mentoring across multiple workstreams and geographies. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead end-to-end Anaplan solution delivery across FP&A, Supply Chain, S&OP, or P&L use cases - Own solution architecture and ensure adherence to **DISCO / PLANS** best practices - Translate business strategy into scalable, future-ready Anaplan designs - Drive delivery governance, sprint planning, prioritization, and risk management - Oversee integrations with ERP, Data Hub, and downstream systems - Ensure model performance, scalability, and stability - Lead UAT, go-live, and operate phases including BAU transition - Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and clients - Review model builds and guide solution optimization - Mentor and manage consultants and senior consultants - Support estimations, proposals, and solution sizing for new initiatives **Key skills required** **Required Skills & Experience** - 7–12 years of overall experience with **5+ years in Anaplan delivery roles** - Proven experience leading Anaplan implementations or operate engagements - Strong domain knowledge in **FP&A, Financial Planning, Supply Chain, or P&L modeling** - Hands-on experience with large-scale models and integrations - Experience managing multi-location or offshore teams - Strong understanding of delivery models, agile practices, and governance **Preferred Qualifications** - Anaplan Certified Solution Architect (preferred) - Prior consulting experience in global programs - Exposure to Polaris and high-volume data environments - Experience in rollout programs and complex transformations **Leadership & Soft Skills** - Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills - Ability to balance hands-on solution work with people leadership - Ownership mindset with focus on quality and delivery excellence - Ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities - Coach, mentor, and grow Anaplan talent **Role Expectations** - Own delivery outcomes and client satisfaction - Drive continuous improvement and innovation within Anaplan solutions - Ensure sustainable operating models and team well-being **You bring you** That's all we ask.
