**Dear Candidates,** eClerx is currently hiring for exciting opportunities at our **Navi Mumbai (Airoli), Pune, Bangalore, and Chandigarh** locations. **Notice Period:** Immediate joiners or candidates available to join by the **second half of July** are preferred. .**Role & responsibilities** We are looking for an experienced in Tableau, SQL, and Business Analytics to support SQL and dashboard development, KPI design, and data-driven decision-making initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** Tableau: - Develop interactive Tableau dashboards, scorecards, and reports for business and marketing analytics. - Design innovative visualizations to represent complex datasets and business insights. - Gather business requirements and create mock views/dashboard prototypes. - Support dashboard enhancements, maintenance, governance, and access management. - Collaborate with stakeholders and guide BI developers on Tableau best practices. SQL: - Prepare, cleanse, integrate, and consolidate datasets using complex SQL queries. - Develop custom tables, data transformations, and ad-hoc queries for reporting needs. - Work with cross-functional teams to integrate multiple datasets into reporting solutions. - Perform data validation, impact analysis, and support business metric calculations. - Optimize SQL queries and support post-deployment fixes and enhancements. Business Analytics & KPI Management: - Conceptualize and define KPIs, business metrics, and measurement frameworks aligned with business objectives. - Conduct impact analysis when business definitions or metrics change. - Support stakeholders in building analytics roadmaps and identifying strategic reporting opportunities. - Perform problem identification, requirement gathering, and solution design Required Skills & Qualifications: - 58 years of experience in Tableau Development, BI Reporting, and Data Analytics. - Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud. - Advanced SQL skills with experience in data preparation, transformation, and optimization. - Very good have Python for data processing, automation, and analytics support. - Experience in ETL pipeline creation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance. - Experience working with large and complex datasets. - Strong understanding of KPI frameworks, business metrics, and reporting methodologies. - Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technical stakeholders. - Knowledge of dashboard performance optimization and data visualization best practices. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
