✅ **Core Technical Skills** - Strong experience with: - HP NonStop platform - TACL scripting (OBEY files, commands, job control) - Batch processing and scheduling systems - Deep understanding of: - job dependencies - execution flows - restart/recovery mechanisms - file-based batch workflows ✅ **Batch & Operations Expertise** - Experience managing complex batch operations in enterprise systems - Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for batch failures - Experience in performance tuning of batch jobs - Understanding of operational SLAs and batch windows ✅ **Modernization Awareness** - Exposure to legacy-to-cloud modernization programs - Understanding of how batch processes are transformed into: - modern workflows - event-driven or scheduled cloud jobs - Ability to map legacy execution patterns to modern solutions ✅ **Data & File Processing** - Experience with fixed-width file formats, flat files, and batch data processing - Understanding of data transformation and validation logic - Exposure to SQL and data reconciliation processes ✅ **AI & Agile Experience** - Exposure to **AI-assisted tools for code/script analysis and documentation** - Experience working in **Agile delivery models** - Ability to work in **human + AI collaborative environment**
