**Job Title:** Talent Acquisition Associate **Location:** Gurugram (Work from Office) **Company:** Delhivery Limited **Department:** Human Resources Talent Acquisition **Working Days:** 6 Days a Week (Sunday Fixed Off) **About the Role** Delhivery is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to support end-to-end hiring for non-IT functions across the organization. The ideal candidate should have experience in volume hiring, stakeholder management, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across multiple business functions. - Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels. - Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and evaluate candidates based on role requirements. - Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure a seamless candidate experience. - Drive offer roll-out, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination. - Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. - Track recruitment metrics including TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and sourcing effectiveness. - Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). - Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and provide regular hiring updates. - Ensure adherence to recruitment processes and employer branding standards. **Eligibility** - Graduate/MBA (HR) preferred. - 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a focus on non-IT hiring. - Experience in high-volume or lateral hiring is preferred. - Experience in logistics, e-commerce, startup, or consulting recruitment will be an added advantage. **Required Skills** - Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. - Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job portals. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Strong negotiation and candidate engagement abilities. - Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously. - Good analytical and reporting skills using MS Excel and Google Sheets. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
