**Job description** **Position**: Talent Acquisition Executive **Experience:** 1-2 Years **Location:** Goregaon **Department:** Human Resources About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Talent Acquisition Executive with 1-2 years of recruitment experience. The incumbent will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing quality talent, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions across functions. - Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and networking. - Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions to assess candidate suitability. - Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders. - Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate status regularly. - Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality of hires. - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. - Negotiate compensation within approved guidelines and facilitate offer rollouts. - Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for selected candidates. - Monitor recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratio. - Maintain compliance with hiring processes and company policies. **Required Qualifications & Skills** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment. - Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing. - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Knowledge of ATS/recruitment tools will be an added advantage.
