**Role & responsibilities** Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist **Experience:** 3+ Years **Industry Preference:** NBFC / Financial Services/ Recruitment Consultancies **Department:** Human Resources Talent Acquisition **Employment Type:** Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably from the NBFC or financial services industry, to manage end-to-end hiring across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in bulk hiring, campus recruitment, lateral hiring, and sales hiring, with a proven ability to source, engage, and onboard quality talent within defined timelines. Experience in hiring for sales, collections, credit, operations, and other NBFC-related roles will be preferred. Key Responsibilities - Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding for various roles within the NBFC business. - Drive bulk hiring initiatives for sales, collections, operations, and other high-volume business requirements while ensuring quality of hires. - Plan and execute campus recruitment programs by collaborating with colleges, universities, and placement cells to build a strong talent pipeline. - Handle lateral hiring across functions such as sales, credit, risk, operations, collections, and corporate roles through multiple sourcing channels. - Lead sales hiring for field sales, branch sales, relationship managers, business development executives, and channel sales roles. - Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, networking, recruitment agencies, and industry connections. - Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, assess candidate suitability, coordinate interview schedules, and manage candidate communication. - Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring closures. - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future NBFC hiring needs. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process. - Manage offer discussions, compensation alignment, offer rollouts, and pre-joining engagement activities. - Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, and hiring turnaround time. - Maintain accurate recruitment records and update applicant tracking systems (ATS). - Stay updated on NBFC industry hiring trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably within the NBFC, banking, or financial services industry. - Proven expertise in: - Bulk Hiring - Campus Hiring - Lateral Hiring - Sales Hiring - NBFC / BFSI Recruitment - Experience hiring for sales, collections, credit, operations, and branch-level roles will be preferred. - Hands-on experience with recruitment portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms. - Strong sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced financial services environment. - Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Preferred Skills - Prior experience in NBFC, BFSI, lending, or financial services recruitment. - Strong understanding of NBFC business functions and hiring requirements. - Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. - Data-driven approach to recruitment and reporting. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
