Talent Acquisition Executive(only Non it Recruitment)

Job description

**Roles & Responsibilities** - Manage the **end-to-end recruitment cycle** sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding. - Collaborate with hiring managers to **define job requirements** and prepare accurate job descriptions/specifications for lateral positions. - Build and manage strong **talent pipelines** for roles including: - Area Sales Manager/TSM/SM - Sales Executives - Project Managers (Site Execution) - Procurement & Vendor Coordination Roles - Supervisory Hiring (Team Leads & above) - Source candidates via multiple channels job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, headhunting, and professional networks. - Conduct **preliminary telephonic/video screenings** to evaluate candidate suitability. - Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders, ensuring timely feedback and closure. - Maintain and regularly update **recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports**. - Ensure a **positive candidate experience** throughout the recruitment process. - Partner with external recruitment agencies when required for niche roles. - Stay updated with **industry hiring trends, competitor strategies, and compensation benchmarks**, particularly in the interiors & design sector. **Key Requirements** - Bachelors degree in **Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field**. - 0-1 year of **experience in full-cycle recruitment**, preferably in lateral hiring. - Prior exposure to hiring in **interior design, architecture, or home dcor** domains is an advantage. - Experience in recruiting for **creative, sales, and operations roles** is strongly preferred. - Proficiency with recruitment platforms such as **Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems**, and other sourcing tools. - Excellent **interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills**. - Strong attention to detail with the ability to **multitask in a fast-paced environment**. - Collaborative, proactive, and **results-oriented mindset**.
