Job description

**Role**: Talent Acquisition - Executive/Senior Executive **Education**: Bachelors / Masters degree in Human Resources or relevant field **Experience:** Min. 1 year of experience into end-to-end recruitment processes **Description:** 1. Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing. 2. Coordinate with department heads to understand job requirements and hiring timelines. 3. Draft and post job advertisements on various job portals and social media. 4. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing. 5. Schedule and conduct telephonic and in-person interviews. 6. Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular status reports. 7. Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of selected candidates. 8. Represent the company professionally and promote a positive candidate experience. **Skills required:** End to end recruitment, Stakeholder Management, Vendor Management, Scheduling Interviews, salary negotiations, extending offer letters. **Location:** Ghansoli (WFO) **Shifts:** General Shift **Week Off:** Sunday Interested, kindly share your updated resume to matildad@hexaware.com
