Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Manage **end-to-end recruitment lifecycle** for retail store roles and support hiring for corporate functions when required - Partner with **business stakeholders** to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and timelines - Source candidates through multiple channels including **job portals, social media, consultancies, and referrals** - Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews ensuring a smooth candidate experience - Drive **bulk hiring** for retail store expansions and new store openings (NSO) - Maintain a strong **talent pipeline** for critical and recurring roles - Track and report **recruitment metrics** like TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and sourcing effectiveness - Coordinate with HR Ops for **offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding** - Ensure adherence to company hiring policies and processes **Desired Candidate Profile** - 3 years of experience in **Talent Acquisition**, preferably in **retail, beauty, or FMCG** - Strong experience in **store hiring / frontline hiring / bulk hiring** - Good understanding of Gurgaon/NCR talent market - Excellent **communication and stakeholder management skills** - Ability to work in a **fast-paced, high-growth environment** - Proficiency in job portals like **Naukri, LinkedIn**, etc. **Preferred - Male Candidates**
