Job description

**Key Responsibilities:-** - Source and identify quality candidates for both IT and Non-IT roles through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and networking channels. - Conduct resume screening and initial candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and role fit. - Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements. - Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. - Utilize Boolean search, market mapping, and competitor analysis to identify top talent. - Engage passive candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. - Maintain candidate records in ATS and provide regular updates on sourcing progress and hiring metrics. - Stay updated on industry trends, talent availability, and salary benchmarks across IT and business functions. **Experience Required:** 2-4 years of experience in sourcing/recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles. **Key Skills**: LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean Search, Talent Mapping, Candidate Screening, ATS, Stakeholder Management, Market Research. **Note: Looking for Candidates who can join Immediately or 15-20 days of Notice**
