This role will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams to deliver a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. - Manage end-to-end interview logistics and candidate communication. - Prepare and release offer letters. - Handle onboarding documentation and joining formalities. - Initiate employee ID creation and background verification processes. - Maintain recruitment trackers and data accurately. - Support Talent Acquisition operations and reporting activities. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring processes.
