Talent Acquisition-Partner-Corporate-Support Division-HR-Talent Acquisition - Responsible for managing end-to-end talent acquisition processes within the corporate support division. - Partner with various stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies. - Coordinate and manage recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. - Ensure alignment with organizational goals and support HR initiatives related to talent acquisition. - Work closely with hiring managers to ensure timely and quality hiring. - Maintain candidate databases and recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency. - Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives. - Collaborate with HR teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.
