Talent Acquisition Recruiter Knowledge/Skills required: • Minimum 6 - 12 years of recruiting or sourcing experience in the US Market • Experience with recruiting or sourcing for Financial/Insurance Domain • Sourcing and Screening of varied roles ranging from Low to Mid, Mid to High, and Executive roles across different organizations/business units. • Excellent oral and written communication skills, an ability to multitask, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously. • Should be ready to work on the night shift. • Individuals should have a fair knowledge of ATS (iCIMS, Job Diva, Success Factor, CareerBuilder, Indeed, etc.) • Ability to generate a high volume and high-quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines. • Deep knowledge of sourcing methodologies and tools like Eightfold will be an added advantage. • Creative thinker and solution-oriented approach. • Leadership Skills Educational Qualifications: • Three Year / Four-Year Degree (Bachelor’s) or equivalent experience Good to have skills: • Experience with US experience in BFSI and Service Industry • Knowledge of Various ATS (Job Diva, Bullhorn, Success Factor, iCIMS etc.) Typical Responsibilities: • Source candidates using Internet-based sourcing techniques: job boards, search engines, social networking tools, university alumni sites, local organizations' websites, discussion groups, and public and proprietary resume databases. • Full life cycle recruiting experience - understanding the job order, sourcing and qualifying the right candidates, handling negotiations, and closing deals. • Conduct professional assessment and verification for skills, experience, availability, compensation, willingness to travel/relocate, and overall suitability for the position. • Prepare submittal documents for each shortlisted candidate and schedule interviews. • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process. • Maintain daily and weekly client reports. • Mentoring New Team Member about process.
