Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to onboarding. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. - Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels. - Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability. - Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels. - Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. - Negotiate compensation within company guidelines and facilitate offer rollouts. - Conduct reference and background verification as required. - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. - Ensure timely closure of open positions while meeting recruitment targets. - Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate hiring reports. - Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations. - Support employer branding initiatives, campus recruitment, and recruitment events. - Coordinate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth joining process. **Preferred candidate profile** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 25 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. - Experience in corporate, consulting, or agency recruitment is preferred. - Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
