**Role & responsibilities** - Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT roles across business functions. - Handle large-scale hiring mandates, particularly for Sales, Collections, . - Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment drives, consultants, and networking. - Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for volume hiring requirements. - Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and hiring timelines. - Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, schedule interviews, and coordinate the selection process. - Ensure timely offer roll-out, salary negotiations, and seamless onboarding of candidates. - Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, and hiring cost. - Maintain recruitment MIS and ensure data accuracy in ATS/HRMS. - Participate in campus hiring, walk-in drives, and recruitment events whenever required. - Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. **Preferred candidate profile** - Strong experience in **high-volume Non-IT hiring**. - Prior recruitment experience in the **NBFC/BFSI industry** is highly preferred. - Excellent sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media. - Good understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring analytics. - Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive hiring targets. - Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
