Location: Navi Mumbai Company: Hexaware Technologies Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist Lateral Hiring to join our recruitment team in Navi Mumbai. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for experienced professionals across technology and corporate functions. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing expertise, stakeholder management skills, and experience working in a fast-paced BPO. Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end lateral recruitment for technical and non-technical roles. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team structure, and hiring timelines. - Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and professional networks. - Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability, skills, and culture fit. - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and panel members. - Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment activities using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. - Negotiate offers and manage the offer rollout and onboarding coordination. - Achieve hiring targets while maintaining quality of hire and SLA adherence. Required Skills & Qualifications - Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other talent platforms. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment analytics. - Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
