**Role & responsibilities** - Handle end-to-end recruitment across news, digital, production, and corporate, fintech functions - Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking - Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication - Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements - Maintain recruitment data and hiring reports - Candidate should have Strong expertise in Headhunting and industry mapping preferred - Should be excellent in doing stakeholder management **Preferred candidate profile** - 69 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (media and non media industry works) - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Familiarity with job portals and ATS
