Job description

**Role** : Source candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media, and networking - Conduct screening and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers - Manage recruitment database and keep candidate records updated - Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process - Provide regular updates to hiring manager on the recruitment pipeline - Collaborate with HR Operation to facilitate background checks and onboarding processes - Stay updated on BPO industry trends and recruitment best practices **Reports into** : Assistant Manager Lateral **Job Responsibilities** : - Preferred Lateral hiring experience of 1 to 3 years - Should have working exposure from BPO industry Must be a Graduate - Proven work experience as a BPO recruiter or in a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation and influencing abilities **Shifts timings:** 11:00 am to 8:30 pm **Week Off :** Sunday Fixed Off **Transport :** NO
