Role - Talent Acqusition Specialist Experience: 2–5 Years Function: Human Resources – Talent Acquisition Reporting To: Lead Talent Acquisition Talent Acquisition **About the Role** TVS Motor Company is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to support end-to-end hiring across Engineering, Manufacturing, Corporate Functions, Sales & Service. The incumbent will partner with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to attract, assess and onboard high-quality talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to onboarding. • Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand manpower requirements. • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media and market mapping. • Screen and assess candidate suitability against role requirements. • Coordinate interviews and drive closures within agreed timelines. • Manage offer discussions, negotiations and onboarding activities. • Build talent pipelines for recurring and niche skill requirements. • Support diversity hiring and employer branding initiatives. • Track recruitment metrics including TAT, source effectiveness, offer acceptance and quality of hire. • Ensure excellent candidate and stakeholder experience. Education - REGULAR MBA from a Premier institute
