Job description

**JOB DESCRIPTION** Assist to design, develop and implement organization wide TM & OD strategies aligned with the business/organization goals. • Assist to assess periodically the organizational needs and gaps in skills, knowledge and competencies to develop targeted capability enhancement programs. • Collaborate with businesses and plants to ensure the implementation and completion of  Performance Management System. • Ensure delivery of upskilling and reskilling modules, workshops and learning initiatives to enhance employee capabilities and performance. • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the Hetero group. • Collaborate to develop and manage leadership development programs to prepare high-potential employees for future leadership roles. • Implement succession planning processes to ensure a pipeline of qualified leaders. • Coordinate the performance management process, ensuring alignment with company objectives. • Lead and support with initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention, including surveys, feedback mechanisms, and action planning. **Exceptional communication and collaboration skills coupled with the ability to effectively influence and engage with others** • Strong facilitation skills and ability to deliver projects within timelines • Strategic thinking, business acumen and problem solving • Go-getter with a Never say No Attitude • Creative thinker  • Can travel to plants whenever required
