Job description

Customer Inquiry Management: Handle inbound and outbound calls in Tamil to assist with product information, service status, and account management.Query & Complaint Resolution: Listen actively to customer complaints, identify the root cause, and provide accurate, timely solutions.Lead Generation & Sales: Make outbound calls to prospects, explain service offerings, generate leads, and upskill/cross-sell products.Data Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the company's CRM database.Process Adherence: Meet daily/weekly targets (e.g., call volume, resolution time) while following call center compliance and quality standards. Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
