Outbound Calling: Make calls to potential leads to explain products, services, or offers.Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales prospects.Customer Support: Handle inbound calls, answer questions, and resolve customer complaints effectively.Data Management: Update customer details, call outcomes, and feedback accurately in CRM software.Follow-ups: Call existing or potential customers to close sales, follow up on payments, or schedule appointments.Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, or monthly calling and conversion targets.
