**Role & responsibilities** - This role involves staff performing Tax Cert by calling the county tax office and retrieving data through Netroline. - Need to prepare Taxes with the status and property information Roles and responsibilities **Preferred candidate profile** - Candidate should have good oral communication with US Accent & written communication skill - Candidate to possess typing speed of 25 WPM with 98% quality Candidate should be flexible with shifts Should be willing to do OT during weekday & weekend Should be familiar with Microsoft excel & word Qualification . - The candidate should be a graduate or undergraduate should have experience in US Tax Calling.
