**Job Title: ServiceNow CMDB Consultant** **Experience:** 5–13 Years **Client:** TCS **Interview Mode:** Face-to-Face **Location:** Hyderabad **Interview Date:** 27th June (Saturday) **Timing:** 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM **Job Summary:** Seeking experienced **ServiceNow CMDB Consultants** to design, implement, and manage Configuration Management Database solutions for enterprise environments. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and maintain **ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM models** - Implement **Discovery, Service Mapping, and asset integrations** - Ensure **data accuracy, governance, and reconciliation** - Work on **CI relationships, identification & reconciliation rules** - Integrate CMDB with other ServiceNow modules and external systems - Troubleshoot issues and optimize CMDB performance **Requirements:** - Strong experience in **ServiceNow CMDB** - Hands-on with **Discovery, Service Mapping, MID Server** - Knowledge of **CSDM framework** - Experience in **integration and data management** - Good analytical and communication skills
