Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sourcing and category strategies across indirect spending areas to optimize total cost, service quality, and supplier performance. - Lead complex RFx events, commercial negotiations, supplier selection, and contracting activities. - Partner with functional stakeholders to understand demand, define specifications, and align sourcing strategies to business outcomes. - Drive supplier governance, scorecards, quarterly reviews, and performance improvement actions. - Identify opportunities for supplier consolidation, demand management, cost control, and process standardization. - Conduct spend reviews, market intelligence analysis, and benchmarking to inform category strategies and sourcing decisions. - Ensure compliance with procurement policies, risk controls, contract governance, and audit requirements. - Support budgeting and forecasting input for major indirect categories. - Lead issue resolution related to supplier service failures, contract deviations, and commercial disputes. - Coach sourcing team members and drive adoption of best practices, templates, and governance standards.
