Role Network SME L3 Required Technical Skill Set PaloAlto and Fortigate Location of Requirement **Bangalore** **Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)** - Rich experience on configuring and troubleshooting of Palo alto Nextgen features. - Experience in configuring PaloAlto threat prevention, SSL decryption, URL filtering, User ID - Configuring and troubleshooting of Security policies, NAT policies, security profiles. - Good understanding of Palo alto firewall Architecture. - Good understanding of Palo alto firewall packet flow. - Configuration and troubleshooting of VPN (site to site) - Good understanding of SonicWall firewall Architecture. - Configuring and troubleshooting of High Availability in firewalls - Experience of operating firewalls using Panorama management platform. - Expertise dealing with firewall/panorama PAN OS upgradation - Handson experience in dealing with RMA replacement activities of firewall/Panorama - Experience in dealing with bringing up new firewall from scratch - Good understanding of FortiGate SDWAN Architecture. - Excellent troubleshooting skills. Should be able to resolve any issue related to Network issues independently. Should be able to quickly isolate the problem and provide resolution to meet the SLAs - Excellent documentation skills. Should have prior experience in creating run books, SOPs etc. - Flexible working in 24x7 operations (working in shifts, on-call support etc.)
