**Roles and Responsibilities** - Provide technical expertise on Oracle HCM Payroll (Global Implementation) to clients across India. - Ensure timely delivery of projects by managing project schedules, resources, and stakeholders effectively. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client requirements. - Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients on Oracle HCM Payroll modules such as Time & Labor, Benefits, Compensation, etc. - Troubleshoot issues related to payroll processing, statutory compliance, and system configuration. **Desired Candidate Profile** - 4-8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Payroll Consulting or similar role. - Strong knowledge of Oracle Payroll (Global Implementation) with hands-on experience in at least one module like Time & Labor, Benefits, Compensation etc. . - Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.). - Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex ideas simply to both technical and non-technical audiences.
