**Job Description: Power BI Developer** **Position:** Power BI Developer **Location:** Vizag **Experience:** 5-10 Years **Hiring Mode:** Weekend Walk-in Drive **Walk-in Date:** 1-Aug-2026 Job Summary We are seeking an experienced **Power BI Developer** with 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI reports, dashboards, and scorecards. - Develop complex data models using Power BI, DAX, and Power Query. - Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources including SQL Server, Oracle, Excel, APIs, and cloud-based platforms. - Create and optimize data visualizations to deliver business insights. - Develop reusable datasets and semantic models for enterprise reporting. - Work closely with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and convert them into technical solutions. - Optimize report performance and troubleshoot data-related issues. - Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and data governance standards. - Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business teams for end-to-end BI solution delivery. - Support report deployment, user training, and production maintenance. Required Skills - Strong experience in **Microsoft Power BI** development. - Expertise in **DAX, Power Query (M Language), and Data Modeling**. - Hands-on experience with **SQL Server/T-SQL** and database optimization. - Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts. - Experience working with large datasets and performance tuning. - Understanding of Power BI Service, Workspaces, Gateways, and Security. - Exposure to Azure Data Services (Azure SQL, Data Factory, Synapse, etc.) is preferred. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
