What we can offer you is a space to explore varied technologies and quench your techie soul. **Key Responsibilities** - 6+ years of professional software development experience, heavily utilizing Python as a primary language. - Expert-level knowledge of Python (object-oriented design, data structures, error handling) and experience with at least one major Python framework or library relevant to the domain (e.g., Django/Flask for web development, Pandas/Numpy for data processing, etc.). - Strong understanding of software design principles, coding standards, and best practices for maintainable code (e.g., SOLID principles, modular design, unit testing). - Experience integrating Python applications with databases (relational SQL databases and/or NoSQL stores) and building or consuming RESTful APIs or microservices. - Familiarity with development tools and processes such as version control (Git), code review, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Exposure to containerization (Docker) and deployment on cloud platforms is an advantage. - Excellent problem-solving skills and debugging capability, with a track record of troubleshooting and optimizing Python code for performance and scalability. Strong communication and time-management skills to work effectively in a team and handle multiple projects in an agile environment> - Software Development: Design, code, and maintain Python applications or services according to project specifications. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that meets defined requirements and quality standards. - Framework & Library Utilization: Utilize appropriate Python frameworks and libraries (such as Django or Flask for web services, or Pandas and NumPy for data processing) to implement business logic and deliver robust functionality. - Database & API Integration: Develop and maintain database interactions (writing SQL queries, ORMs, database connectors) and integrate with external systems via APIs or messaging queues. Ensure data is correctly processed and stored with attention to security and performance. - Testing & Debugging: Create and execute unit tests and integration tests to validate code correctness and reliability. Debug issues across the entire application stack, from frontend (if working with web frameworks) to backend and database, to ensure smooth functioning. - Code Optimization & Maintenance: Profile and optimize Python code to improve performance (e.g., by refining algorithms or using efficient data structures). Refactor and update legacy code as necessary to improve readability and performance. - Collaboration: Work closely with other developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers in an agile environment. Participate in code reviews, provide feedback to peers, and contribute to architecture and design discussions for system improvements. **Minimum Qualification: 15 years of full-time education**
