Responsibilities: - Develop and execute category strategies across real estate and workplace-related spending areas, balancing cost, service levels, compliance, and risk. - Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for leased properties, facilities management, fit-outs, maintenance services, utilities, and other real estate support categories. - Drive supplier identification, RFx events, commercial evaluation, negotiation, supplier selection, and contracting processes. - Partner with internal stakeholders such as Facilities, Operations, Finance, Legal, Workplace Services, and Project teams to define requirements and sourcing priorities. - Support site selection, lease or service negotiations, and supplier governance activities for property and facilities-related requirements. - Monitor market trends, supplier capabilities, regulatory requirements, and commercial benchmarks relevant to real estate and facilities categories. - Establish supplier performance reviews, service-level governance, and issue resolution mechanisms to improve vendor outcomes. - Drive savings, demand optimization, contract value realization, and risk mitigation across the real estate sourcing portfolio. - Ensure all sourcing activities comply with procurement policies, delegated authority, contract governance, and audit requirements. - Coach team members and support standardization of sourcing processes, templates, and reporting for real estate-related categories.
