Job Description We are looking for an experienced SAP BusinessObjects (BO) Consultant with 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting Business Intelligence and reporting solutions using the SAP BusinessObjects suite. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in report development, universe design, and data visualization while working closely with business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain reports using SAP BusinessObjects tools such as Web Intelligence (WebI), Crystal Reports, and Desktop Intelligence (if applicable). Develop and maintain Universes (UNV/UNX) using Universe Design Tool (UDT) and Information Design Tool (IDT). Gather business requirements and translate them into reporting and analytics solutions. Optimize report performance and troubleshoot report/universe-related issues. Perform data validation, testing, and ensure report accuracy. Integrate SAP BO with SAP HANA, SAP BW, Oracle, SQL Server, and other relational databases. Manage user security, access control, and scheduling using the Central Management Console (CMC). Support report migration, upgrades, and deployment across environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver BI solutions aligned with business needs. Prepare technical documentation and provide user support. Required Skills 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP BusinessObjects (BO). Strong expertise in Web Intelligence (WebI), Crystal Reports, CMC, IDT, and UDT. Experience in Universe design (UNV/UNX) and semantic layer development. Strong SQL skills and experience working with Oracle, SQL Server, SAP HANA, or SAP BW. Knowledge of report scheduling, publication, and security administration. Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting BO reports. Familiarity with BO platform administration and migration activities. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
