**1.** **Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, compliance, and application deployment.** **2.** **Administer SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) for OS deployment, patch management, and software distribution.** **3.** **Oversee EUC infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of desktops, laptops, and virtual desktop environments.** **4.** **Develop and maintain device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and security baselines.** **5.** **Perform application packaging and deployment using SCCM and Intune.** **6.** **Manage Windows Autopilot for zero-touch provisioning and device lifecycle management.** **7.** **Monitor and troubleshoot client health issues across SCCM and Intune environments.** **8.** **Implement endpoint security measures including BitLocker.** **Provide technical support for EUC-related incidents and service requests.**
