Job Requirements - Microsoft Exchange Server (35%) - Email Security - EOP, Defender, MailMarshal, Vali mail (25%) - Exchange Administration & Troubleshooting (20%) - PowerShell & Automation (10%) - ServiceNow & ITIL (10%) 1. Technical Expertise Microsoft Exchange Administration with L2/L3 experience. - Exchange Server 2016/2019, Exchange Online, Hybrid Exchange. - Exchange Admin Center and Exchange Management Shell. - Mailbox Databases, DAG, Mail Flow, SMTP, Send/Receive Connectors. - Support large enterprise messaging environments. 2. Advanced Troubleshooting & RCA - L3 escalation for messaging incidents. - Troubleshoot mail flow, SMTP relay, Outlook, OWA, Autodiscover, queues. - Lead Major Incident bridges and perform RCA. 3. Email Security & Compliance - Administer EOP, Microsoft Defender, MailMarshal and Valimail. - Manage SPF, DKIM, DMARC, transport rules, Safe Links, Safe Attachments. - Support phishing, spoofing and malware investigations. 4. Exchange Server Administration - Manage DAG, databases, certificates, CUs, security patches and health checks. - Support Hybrid Configuration Wizard and migrations. 5. Microsoft 365 & Hybrid - Administer Exchange Online, shared mailboxes, M365 Groups, Entra ID and Azure AD Connect. 6. Performance Optimization - Monitor Exchange health, optimize mail flow and database performance. 7. Security & Compliance - DLP, Retention, Litigation Hold, eDiscovery, Journaling, vulnerability remediation. 8. Automation & Engineering - PowerShell automation for mailbox provisioning, reporting and health checks. 9. Change & Release Management - Exchange upgrades, CAB, rollback planning, minimal business disruption. 10. ITSM & Service Management ServiceNow Incident, Problem, Change Management with SLA adherence
