**Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)** **Must-Have** 6+ years of experience in Data Center Networking and troubleshooting for a large-scale organization. Strong knowledge of BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, MPLS. Hands-on experience on IP/MPLS Network Planning, Designing and Operations. Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues. Level 2 knowledge on WAN, LAN, and network devices and architecture. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Willing to provide on-call support, if needed outside working hours. **Good-to-Have** Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are preferred. Strong understanding of security protocols and practices. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Experience of DevOps would be an advantage. **SN** **Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role** **1** Lead the installation/migration and support of SD-WAN appliances (Cisco Meraki). **2** Configure and maintain advanced and traditional routers and switches. **3** Lead the configuration and management of Load Balancers (F5, Netscaler). **4** Lead and support end-user Secured Web Gateway solutions (On premises and Cloud). **5** Set up and manage TACACS/RADIUS servers for device login and SSID Integration. **6** Proactively monitor and resolve issues related to WAN/Internet links. **7** Manage complex firewall, IDS/IPS, and AMP solutions from multiple vendors. **8** Good knowledge on IPSec, SSL S2S VPN in large infrastructure. **9** Configure and maintain secure remote client VPN solutions (On-premises and Cloud). **10** Handle wireless Access Points configurations and advanced troubleshooting. **11** Provide advanced support for DNS/DHCP/IPAM appliances.
