**Role & responsibilities** Hands-on experience with SAP Finance Strong knowledge of: - Group Reporting / Consolidation - FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management) - Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for financial reporting Experience with Central Finance or shared services model Lead and support SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and support projects Configure and maintain core SAP Finance modules: - Financial Accounting (FI) GL, AP, AR, Bank Accounting, Asset Accounting - Controlling (CO) Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions Handle month-end and year-end closing processes Ensure compliance with local statutory and tax regulations Work on integrations with other modules such as MM, SD, PP, and HCM Support data migration, upgrades, and S/4HANA conversion projects Perform system testing, UAT support, and documentation Collaborate with technical teams for developments and enhancements Support production issues and system enhancements Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices **Preferred candidate profile** - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction abilities - Ability to work independently and in team environments - Agile / Scrum methodology exposure
