**Role & responsibilities** Hands-on experience with SAP HCM Strong knowledge of: - SAP HCM PA, OM, TM, and Payroll - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to work independently and in team environments - Experience in Agile or Waterfall methodologies **Preferred candidate profile** - Exposure to SAP Fiori apps for HCM - Knowledge of HR processes across different industries
