Job description

**Roles & Responsibilities** - Drive the end-to-end machine learning project lifecycle using best practices and well-managed software delivery. - Lead the design and development of virtual assistants using Conversational AI platforms. - Foster innovative ideas for developing high-impact solutions. - Design and develop advanced analytic solutions across functional areas as per requirements and opportunities. - Participate in discussions with business stakeholders to identify business challenges that can be solved with AI/ML. - Use Large Language Model (LLM) technologies for projects and provide technical assistance to others regarding LLM and GenAI usage. - Support and advise teams on best practices regarding LLM and GenAI technologies, specifically geared towards NLP use cases. - Lead complex and technically challenging projects from concept to completion, mainly in the area of AIOps: clustering, classification, anomaly detection, capacity prediction. - Understand requirements and design conversational flows. - Develop intents and entities for chatbots.
