**TCS Is Hiring for Agentic Automation Technical Lead** Role **: Agentic Automation Technical Lead** Location: **Pan India** Shift Timing: Should be flexible with Rotational/Night Shift. Experience: **8 – 12 Years** **Education:** - Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3). (B.Tech preferred) - AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect / AI-ML / DevOps) **Job Role** We are hiring an experienced **Agentic Automation Technical Lead** to design and deliver enterprise-scale AI agent solutions using **Amazon Bedrock and AgentCore** . The role focuses on building intelligent automation systems where AI agents can reason, plan, interact with enterprise tools, and execute workflows autonomously. Amazon Bedrock AgentCore provides enterprise-grade capabilities including **secure runtime, memory, tool integration (Gateway), identity, observability, and scalable deployment** , enabling production-ready AI agents. **Skills:** - Strong expertise in **AWS (IAM, Lambda, APIs, CloudWatch, security)** - Experience in building **LLM-based solutions / AI agents / automation platforms** - Proficiency in **Python and API-based integrations** - Experience with agent frameworks (e.g., **LangGraph, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, AutoGen** ) - Strong understanding of **system integration, orchestration, and workflow automation** - Knowledge of **cloud security, identity management, and production operations** - Hands-on experience with **Amazon Bedrock / AgentCore services (Runtime, Memory, Gateway, Identity, Observability)** - Experience with **multi-agent architectures and orchestration patterns** 1 - Familiarity with **MCP, agent-to-agent protocols, and AI governance frameworks** - Strong **solution architecture and technical leadership** - Ability to translate business needs into **AI-driven automation solutions** - Expertise in **scalable, secure, and production-ready system design** - Excellent stakeholder communication and team mentoring skills **Responsibilities:** - Lead architecture and implementation of **agentic automation solutions** using AWS Bedrock and AgentCore. - Design **AI agents and multi-agent workflows** for business process automation and enterprise use cases. - Integrate agents with enterprise systems via **APIs, Lambda, and tool frameworks (Gateway).** - Implement **memory-driven agents** (short-term and long-term context awareness). - Define deployment of pipelines using **AgentCore CLI, SDKs, and CI/CD practices.** - Ensure **security, governance, and policy-based controls** for agent actions and tool access. - Establish **observability, monitoring, and performance optimization** using CloudWatch and telemetry. - Mentor engineering teams and drive best practices for **agent design, deployment, and operations.**
