**Job Title:** Application Packaging Engineer **Location:** Noida **Experience:** 4-9 Years **Key Responsibilities** - Create, customize, and maintain application packages using **MSI, MSIX, App-V, and Intune Win32** formats. - Package, test, and deploy applications for Windows environments. - Work with deployment tools such as **Microsoft SCCM/MECM, Intune, and Group Policy**. - Perform application compatibility testing, troubleshooting, and remediation. - Create installation, uninstallation, and upgrade scripts using **PowerShell, VBScript, or Batch scripting**. - Coordinate with application owners, infrastructure teams, and end users during deployments. - Maintain packaging standards, documentation, and deployment procedures. - Ensure compliance with organizational security and software management policies. **Required Skills** - Hands on experience in **Application Packaging and Software Deployment**. - Strong experience with **MSI/MSIX packaging, AdminStudio, InstallShield, and Orca**. - Hands-on experience with **SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune**. - Good knowledge of **Windows 10/11 administration**. - Experience in **PowerShell scripting** and automation. - Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
